At Britney’s Boujee Decor, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail.

Because of the custom and delicate nature of our products, we have the following policy:


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

All sales are considered final once shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), OR

  • A refund


Processing Time for Claims

Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Seasonal/holiday decor

  • Items damaged after delivery
